Any lesson cancellations must be made by the parent no later than 24 hours in advance of a scheduled lesson to receive a re-scheduled make-up lesson or qualify for a refund/credit. Parents must contact me by phone, email or in person. Refunds and make-ups are not given to cancellations made by a student. If a student simply does not show up, I am under no obligation to offer any credit, refund or make-up lesson option. If I cancel for any reason, I will make it up or offer credit toward the next lesson. Make-up notifications will be sent to the parent(s) via email. I will typically follow the local school district’s decision on school closure and cancellation of after-school activities.
